Thinking of making a booking? 

    If you are thinking of booking with us here are a few points that may help you:


  •  The hall is available from 8am until midnight. If you require the facility outside of these hours please call us.

  •  We will ensure the hall is clean and tidy when you arrive and expect you to leave the facility as you find it.

  •  If you would like to arrange for the hall to be cleaned after your event please apply to us for costs.

  •  Any special requirements please let us know well in advance and we will try to accommodate.

  • The cost for hire of the hall is £15 per hour

  • We offer preferential rates for Watford Village residents and regular/repeat bookings

  • The rate includes 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event for set up and clean down

  • A refundable deposit of 25% of the total charge is due at the time of booking

  • 100% of the deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event date

  • The balance will be due 7 days prior to the event
