Thinking of making a booking?
If you are thinking of booking with us here are a few points that may help you:
The hall is available from 8am until midnight. If you require the facility outside of these hours please call us.
We will ensure the hall is clean and tidy when you arrive and expect you to leave the facility as you find it.
If you would like to arrange for the hall to be cleaned after your event please apply to us for costs.
Any special requirements please let us know well in advance and we will try to accommodate.

Costs:
The cost for hire of the hall is £15 per hour
We offer preferential rates for Watford Village residents and regular/repeat bookings
The rate includes 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event for set up and clean down
A refundable deposit of 25% of the total charge is due at the time of booking
100% of the deposit will be refunded if the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event date
The balance will be due 7 days prior to the event
